key fragments not showing?

ok so ive been playing lots of games alot lately and i dont know if this is happening to anyone else but ive gotten 4 key fragments and its not showing that i have any fragments in my collection at all. is anyone else getting this problem?

Happened to me as well... got about 3 or so fragments from games and they didn't appear :/ needless to say I am dissapoint Morgana
