[CRASH] Basic Attack Bug

Whenever I try to attack, whether it's by right-click attack or by using the A button, my game crashes.

I'm not sure why, but whenever I try to attack ANY enemy unit (minion, tower, champion), League of Legends client "stops responding" and I'm brought to the game crash screen. This is really annoying as it makes the game completely unplayable for me. How do I fix this?
