[GAMEPLAY] Katarina abilities stop working after multikill

i was just in a 30+ minute match when around the 20 minute mark i noticed my skills stopped working i told my team to be careful until i could quicky try to fix the solution,, my teammates allowed me to quit and rejoin the game but that didnt work i also noticed that it stopped my recall button from working too i went into the jungle to figure out if dying would help so i executed myself ( i was on a kill streak ) after my death timer was out and i re-spawned at fountain, yay! it was fixed.. atleast i thought i got another multi kill and the abilities stopped working it was about 27min into the game and at this point my team was very mad we already had an afk now we had a teammate who was useless he died everytime he got a multikill. in all the time that i couldnt use my abilities the enemy team was able to catch up to our big lead and win the game. the bug start around the 2 minute mark and carried on. please look into this ASAP.
