Got the Poro Icon about the 10 year anniversary but I haven't received the mystery gift
Riot, is this a bug or it should be normal that I received the icon earlier than the skin itself? I have already Riot Kayle is this normal or its bug?

Each account is not necessarily going to receive each gift at the same time, so it's possible to get one earlier than the other. If you absolutely know you have not received the mystery gift by the 23rd, then you can submit a support ticket.
