Patch 7.14 is killing my league

Since downloading patch 7.14, a numerous amount of things have changed for me. Such as, my quick cast is just randomly turning off in the middle of game. Also, its just randomly not accepting my mouse side buttons as hotkeys(which I normally use for my actives on items). Also my loading screen is SLOW AF now, it turns black and all i can see is names for like at least a minute before any splashes load. All of this is out of the normal, have a decent computer.

7.13 none of these things happened. I know my mouse buttons still work, because I have them linked for other applications also and goes forward and backward in my web browser. The quickcast nonsense I guess is linked to the same realm as the buttons not being linked anymore. And the loading screen, if that was my only problem i guess I would complain, because im not late to games, just annoying more than anything. This loading screen issue also happened on my wifes computer and my family's computer that I also occasionally play league on(which im currently on writing this now).

Not sure if this is the right place to write this, so please transfer it if you have to. Im definitely feeling like these issues are league side more than on my end, would like some feedback if anyone else is being bogged down by this patch. I also had league on my SSD so it should be lightning fast.

I had a glitch causing the game to run at unplayable framerates as kayn. I usually run the game between 30-60fps on my toaster at 720 p because that's the display the laptop has. I call it a toaster rather than apotato because it thermal throttles like a bitch. I use a fan to lessen that. I think I just need to find the blowgun for my air compressor to blow out the dust.
