Zoe makes abilities = Fps lag

Do you remember the time back when Mordekaiser give you fps lag when he was close to you? Yea now if Zoe is in your Game you get Fps drop after she did her "Q" or "e" close to you Guys, if you've noticed that, feel free to post your experience here.
