[GAMEPLAY] Uncapped = Champions teleporting

If you are playing with the setting "uncapped" for your FPS, your champion will teleport when turning a 180. I have tested it on 2 different PCs and ip-adresses and different champions (Hecarim, Shaco, Irelia, and Teemo)

Keep in mind this bug will not work if the setting "wait for vertical sync" is on

How to fix it: Change the FPS setting to another one but uncapped
