Poppy bug

When i want to ult i cant knock them foward my ult just stops only way i can ult them is to come close to them then my ult will knock them up , but when there is not chanpions around me my ult just stops ( i faund that bug today when i was playing 2 games in a row with poppy and it happened in both of games )
