Unable to view Match History

I've seen this issue mentioned a few times on other forums, for instance:

I'm only reporting it once again to add my data points in hope that it helps track down the cause of this issue.

Basically, I am unable to load the new Match History. You can observe the result in the two attached images. The first shows Match History working fine for me on the EUW server, while the second shows it not loading properly on the NA server. I've included the console logs in both instances.

Remedies I've tried:

  • Clearing browser cache
  • Visiting the page with multiple web browsers on the same computer
  • Visiting the page with multiple web browsers on different computers
  • Visiting the page through a VPN (US Northeast, US California, US Florida, France, and Sweden)
  • Visiting the page through multiple browsers on my cell phone over my mobile data network (not wifi)

None of the above helped -- I remain unable to access my match history.

A few other potentially relevant bits if information:

  • I live in NYC and my ISP is Time Warner Cable. My mobile carrier is AT&T.
  • Match History worked just fine for me until very recently (within 2 weeks)
  • Match History works for all my friends in the midwest, southeast and west coast.

Please let me know if I can provide any other information to help track down this issue.

I have this same problem as well. Had it for a few weeks now actually, finally felt like trying to fix it today. I've tried clearing my browser cache, cookies, and history on Firefox and nothing worked. I tried using Internet Explorer as well with no change. I'm on Windows 8.1, I live in NJ and my ISP is Verizon.

I've had a similar problem recently. It doesn't pop up for me when I use my computer, but when I use my phone, it works normally.

I'm TWC as well. Upstate NY. Using a Mac. My phone is AT&T, and that worked perfectly fine to view the match history.

I as well, it's just a white screen. I thought maybe it was campus Wi-Fi, but my roommate gets it fine!

I have this problem too but its weird since i can view the match history page of another region (EUW for example) perfectly fine. This issue seems to only occur in NA match history pages for me.

Repost: I made a Chrome extension and a Firefox addon which work around this problem.

It is absurd that this feature requires Java, a highly vulnerable plugin that does not work in Chrome. Please switch this feature over to HTML5 like the rest of the web.
