[Gameplay] Viktor getting locked out of an upgrade.

Just played an ARAM with Viktor, purchased my first upgrade to Hex Core (upgrading my e) just fine. However, after another death, I jumped straight to the max level hex core. At this point, I also had a level up queued. Simply put, I double clicked on the arrow above my q on accident and then the arrows disappeared. Meaning; I could no longer upgrade my w. Since I couldn't sell the hex core or undo the purchase, I had effectively gotten locked out of upgrading my W for the game. I am not sure whether my ult upgraded (it can be hard to tell in an aram), though on my buff bar it said it wasn't upgraded.

I may try to recreate this at some point over the next few days, I will update this post if I do.

EDIT: Went into a custom game and tested similar conditions. Had a level up queued, jumped straight to mk-2 hex core. It again let me upgrade my Q twice; I'm assuming because I was also able to level up my Q at that time and the upgrade and level up buttons are the same?
