Possible Darius Decimate (Q) Bug/Glitch

I was playing a normal on OCE with a friend, me being the Riven in the attached clip (warning: mature language in clip), when on low health i was killed by a Darius decimate i was very clearly out of range of, possible bug? or am i paranoid?
