Mastery Tokens
By the end of my game i reached mastery lvl 5 on Master Yi and at the same time i also got an S- which gave me a mastery lvl 6 token bht when i opened my hextech crafting my token was not there

You are not intended to receive a mastery 6 token if you get an S- or better the same game you reach mastery level 5. Tokens are only awarded for games after you reach level 5. The notification that popped up was saying that you are now able to earn tokens, not that you have actually earned one.
that wasnt a token. that was just a banner on the message saying you have reached level 5 now you can get tokens. the tokens are like little collector coins with your champions face on them.
