Mouse not working after 5.13 patch

my mouse has always worked fine in lol games untill this last patch . when im in game theres so much mouse lag that i cannot effectivly play. ive tryed uninstalling and reinstalling and it didnt help ive tryed updating everything on my computer and that didnt help. ive tryed trouble shooting and nothing helps the problem. out side of league the mouse works fine but as son as i enter a game it stops working. please respond with methods that could fix this because untill its fixed i cant play. my mouse is as buggy as /
