Didnt Receive a Glorious Champion Capsule at lvl 20.

Hello, The other day I hit level 20 but didnt receive my glorious champion capsule. I figured it was because i hadn't completed level 20. I grinded to level 21 but didn't get my glorious champ capsule. Is it taken out or something?

You get a 4800 shard and a random icon permanent at level 20. Your first glorious champion capsule is earned at 30.
