Zoe W bug

There is a W bug that lets you have a summoner spell for as long as you want without a CD.

In this video I was able to replicate the bug. When you have a spell that can be cast on yourself and you click on the spell on the ground at the same time this bug comes in. I've only been able to do it like this but in the video I held the spell for well over a minute and then was still able to activate it.
