[GAMEPLAY] Spells bug

Got this bug in the middle of the match - was playing Katarina and suddenly both Q spell and Recall stopped working. Tried to rebind Q, but spell didn't work itself, no matter which button I tied it to. This occured for about 7-8 minutes and started working again after all.
