Port 137 getting blocked on school network and blocking game

I am trying to play league at school but the network admin keeps telling me that the game is trying to access Port 137, and they will not open that port. All the other ports listed on the forums are open.

What do I do?

I have already asked for help from the Admin. I have already cried a bit.

Any help?

A couple other things to add to the question. I have installed the game on several school computers. Sometimes the game works and we can all play and other times it is blocked and will not work. It happen on different computers and different game types every time. So I don't believe that the problem is with the computers them selves or the game type. The issues the admin is telling me is that it is bombing when the game tries to use port 137. It does not always use that port only sometimes.
