There's a bug in the new client where you can't select your skin after you've selected your champion. Instead, it just remains on champion select. It stays this way until close to the time for the buzzer where it then unlocks. Very game breaking because I will forget to change my skin and then be stuck with base skin Caitlyn. How can I win without skins?
Sounds like your installation files are corrupted.
#Beta Client
Click the cog to the top right corner of the client then click "Initiate Full Repair".
#Legacy Client
Repair the game by clicking the question mark icon to the top right of the patcher. Select "Repair" and let the patcher scan and repair corrupt game files. When the process is completed, you'll see the orange "Launch" button.
