Twisted Treeline can't purchase the needlessly large rod

Today i tried some on Twisted Treeline and when i went to try out the new item Luden's Echo i couldnt purchase the needlessly large rod so i tried to look it up on the item list and it wasnt there but later when i had enough money to buy the Luden's Echo i could purchase it the items i had at the current time were Liandry's Torment Sorcerer's Shoes Wooglet's Witchcap and Aether Wisp (dont really know if that will help) i havent tried it on any other champion but Katarina. PS this is my first forum post so please be gentle :)
