[Gameplay] Jhin Ult [UWmonitors]

i'll post a video soon after done in placements but currently when ulting with jhin in the bot lane when aiming towards enemy tower some of the screen will be missing and some of the ult of the border will be missing as well it seems to want to put jhin all the way to the left of the screen making about 20% of the ult border missing
