There's a quinn bug that allows her to stay in valor forever

I was yorick and my friend was Quinn and when I ulted Quinn while in her valor form and died, she became quinn in ghost form. When she respawned she became valor and stayed as valor the rest of the game. Valor didn't receive the speed boost either, so it was a handicap on our part and that lost us the game.
