[GAMEPLAY] Targon's passive procs on Illaoi's souls

So I played a few games with another player: Lordkurck and he decided to play Illaoi support, and when he pulled the soul of someone and auto-attacked it with a charge of the targon it executed the soul dealing high damage and making the character a vessel. I'm pretty this is not intended but it seems quite unfair since it breaks the soul mini-game.
