Paying blue essence for a champion but not receiving her

Hey Riot. i payed 4800 blue essence for Elise. i lost my essence but didnt receive elise. when i go into my collection it says that i dont own Elise. when i repss on her, the buy button says "unlock" and when u press unlock, i go to her page and have to buy her again. why is this happening?
