Shaco + Frostqueen
Shacos Jack in the Box does not give him gold through the frostqueen item or any of it's smaller items. Shaco should also have an indicator for his clone range before it gets teleported back to him.

Shaco's clone teleportation range is ~1 screen
As for Frost Queen's Claim, no Rioter ever answered my posts about the subject, which means that they
1: do not care
2: think it will be unbalanced
or 3: fuck Shaco and his bugs
I think number 3 is the answer, considering how many game breaking bugs and issues he has.
