[GAMEPLAY] Bard and Nexus Towers

https://youtu.be/eJqg3qN1cbE I am the bard in this game and you see that I ult the tower. I got a clutch ult and saved the tower in my mind. The Inhibitor respawned and it was even better! Then our tower got destroyed by the minions, which did not make sense, because all three of our inhibitors are up. I thought to myself that it was a bug with just minions, but the enemy team said they could target the nexus. The next fight that we lost, the enemy renekton instantly went ahead and attacked the nexus, avoiding the Inhibitor, that is SUPPOSED to stop them from hitting the nexus and nexus towers. https://youtu.be/3tEQp7j8_3A I took the time and went into a practice tool match, and found out that it was a bug with Bard's ult. When you look at the video, I ulted the tower right before the Inhibitor respawned. Once the inhibitor respawned, I was still able to hit the nexus tower AND the nexus. Normally, when all three inhibitors are alive, you are unable to hit the nexus towers and nexus. To be a little more clear about this, if a tower is in Bard's ult, and the inhibitor respawns, the tower still thinks it can be broken, leading to the nexus also being able to be destroyed.
