I got S- but didn't get a token
Last rank game I got a S- 
but I didn't get a lv7 token.It was on the ranked flex queue if that matters.

you need an S or an S+ to get a lvl 7 mastery token, your S- grades won't get you any of them
You don't get mastery level 7 tokens for weak ass S- performances. You need at least an S. You can, however, get level 6 tokens with S- games.
