Missing ARAM Loot

So, recently I played a game with Katarina in ARAM and I received an S plus, which gave me a loot chest. Soon afterward I got an S plus on Teemo and on Xayah, however, I did not receive any loot chest. Mind you, this is the first time this season I have gotten an S grade or higher on either of these champions, therefore, I am wondering why I have not received a loot chest. Is anyone else running into an issue like this? Does anyone have an explanation? [sg-janna]

Did you have chests available and own those champions?

You might want to check your profile and see how many chests you have available. If you have none, then well you won't be able to get it till one is available

Ahh yes, you are correct, thank you! Will, I automatically get a chest, therefore, since I already received an S plus? Will those S pluses go to waste, or do I have to get an S plus on that champion again in order to get a chest?

Unfortunately no. You'll have to get another S inorder to get the chest.
