League client typo, also frequent bug splats in lobby

So there was a little typo I noticed on the key fragment reward, it says "staying cool than the average player". Completely unrelated to that I have been experiencing lots and lots of bugsplats recently, all in the lobby. It happens when queue pop, after accepting queue, and even just sitting in lobby, my client has bugsplatted while I am in game. It has become a huge nuisance and has resulted in me getting the queue dodge timer/fail to ban timer. Is there anything that could be causing this? I have tried closing everything besides the league client and starting a game, however it continues to happen.
