Mastery Issues

Hello, I'm not sure if I'm the only one but i have been having issues applying my masteries to game. I do have them correctly filled out and applied them to the correct champs and still when ever team champs loading screens come up it ways has a X in the box. Many other players while in game have asked me, "Why don't you have your Mastery?" so i know that they can see it to. I believe other players are having the same issue, but its only effecting a few of us. I believe few days ago league even had a Error thing pop up after you log in bring this up. ~~If I'm wrong don't kill me! ~~ I would like to have this issue fixed soon please. I did contact Player Support Specialist and was told to report it here. Sorta stinks that its only happening to select few. Thanks for reading enjoy the game. :3
