[Spectate] Twitch Visual Bug?

As you can see in photos Twitch it's always ghosted or invisible?? Maybe. This problem it seems that appears only in spectate mode. Maybe because of his new invisibility? You can see that the bug is not created by his movement speed from spawn or ghost because he has that visual bug at baron in team fight.
or something but it turns out as a bug indeed as he was running

. Guessing it has to do with his invisibility, it's annoying though and it makes him look faster...at least it's only in spectator lol.
