Not really a bug but should be changed; Windspeaker's Blessing description

Okay so I I decided to look at the Keystone Windspeaker's Blessing and it's description.

In game the Keystone says shields and heals are increased 10% and adds (Not including yourself) but this isn't added to the client description of the Keystone.

I think to keep less knowledgeable players from picking this Keystone it should be added as I saw a poppy the other game trying to use it but no knowing till they saw the in game description of the keystone.

Idk maybe i'm just weird but i think there should be a bit more symmetry between client and in game descriptions.
