Lissandra ult disappear and in game lag

Just had a lissandra game and I ulted sona right as she ulted me and my ult went on cooldown but my ult never showed. Anyone else experience this? Along with a lot of in game random lag since the patch. my character will randomly stop moving and I can't do anything. no reconnecting message. Too bad we can't show ping anymore. That would help me to at least know what's going on when those numbers turn red. Otherwise just throws me off even more. P.S. the hud is TOO BIG!
