Clicking on the HUD causes player to move [Gameplay]

I've tried this on the new client and old client. Both are doing the same. It is like the menu does not exist, and so you instead end up clicking on the map and so you move. And my mouse button will not bind to any keybinding if its mousebutton one, which is left click, however i can left click on anything else in the game and on my pc and left clicking works, but not for binding. And I cannot ping 75% of the time. it instead moves my character.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and that includes deleting temporary files and the riot game folder and so forth. Still not working.

Someone I think reported me too, and this is not my fault.
