Cait AA frames

Cait's autoattack does not match the frames consistently. Most attacks are landing correctly and applying when the bullet reaches the target, but occasionally she will start firing autoattacks that hit instantly after being fired. It's making farming uncomfortable due to the inconsistency. This shouldn't have anything to do with my end, as I run at a solid 80 fps with 72 ping.
