Does anyone else have severe issues loading into their first game?

The first game I play in any given session, I take ungodly amounts of time to load in. Often this results in a remake, and I just got put on 20 min leaverbuster for it (first game I've gone AFK this month, maybe once last month). The worst part is the next game and every consecutive game I'm usually the first one loaded in, and never even close to the last. I have no explanation for this, it started after an update at some point, so I doubt it's my computer. I feel like I'm not the only one experiencing this and it's pushing me away from the game hard
