Unable to exit

Hi I have been playing for abut 2 weeks and the last 2 or 3 game when it has ended it no allowing me to exit and when I exit through the menu I got a low priority ban thing and just happened again now I do not know what to do if anyone can help me I will really appreciate it

Did the game end when you wanted to exit? Was one of the nexus destroyed?
