Had a bug with Poppy

Last game i was in with Poppy my ult was not working at all it would go on cool down, but I would not get a shield or the immunity, nobody on the enemy team had anything to stop it from going off. It happened about 5-6 times, though after i reconnected it worked like normal. Never seen it do that before and I have a fair amount of games on poppy played.
