Mystery gift not found...

Hi there...i hope that i can be helped so...let me tell u what happend...my friend send me a mystery champion gift and i was ingame...after i won when i exited the fight...the mystery gift didn't showed up...what happend? is it a bug? can i have the mystery champ back? i really hope i can get it back...ty u :D
