Camera lock isn't able to unlock [Gameplay]

So it has been happening to me for a while back where if I pressed alt + tab to go to desktop and i came back into game my camera would lock onto my champion and there would be no way of me unlocking it unless i reconnected or died. I thought this problem was specific for me because of my pc but the other day for the first time i encountered someone with the same exact problem and i asked him if he had gone to his desktop before his camera locked and he confirmed that he did. If this has happened to anyone else please feel free to comment about your experience.
