Ingame shop threw up pixels

Ya so my shop works fine but the pixels are all mushed up. It's only messed up in the shop interface. I also went to window mode to take these screens, but I play on fullscreen. Here's another one: http://i.imgur.com/4GoIQu3.jpg?1
