CANT get into game

I have a 20 min ban because my wifi cut out during a game. Now when i try to get into a game my client will disconnect and reconnect when i am in que. Without the ban this is no problem but with the ban every time it disconnects it resets my 20 minute ban meaning i can never get into a game. Any ideas on how to fix this bull ****?

You can refer to the Lag Report tool that Riot released a few months ago: https://lagreport.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/

It'll tell you how well your ISP ranks against other and gives you some trouble shooting steps.
