Loads into game but unable to perform any actions

Sometimes I load into a match and am unable to type, unable to click, unable to buy, unable to do anything with my keyboard or mouse. If I exit the game, it happens again. The ONLY fix for this is Restarting my entire computer.

I have now lost LP over this glitch and I'm quite infuriated over it because I got LEAVER when they remade the match in solo/duo because of a glitch I can't help. It happens VERY randomly. -18 LP on what would have been a free game since most of our picks countered theirs.
