heyo this bug made me lose my game really hard and i just wanted to show what it was. i don't know why it happened, but it made me unable to use wukongs cyclone because it thinks that the cyclone is currently in use. when i do click the ability, it takes the amount of cool down needed to refresh, does nothing, then goes back to "click to stop cyclone" and repeats so i can never use my cyclone. nice lost~

Maybe they'll disable wukong so people in this game can actually be happy.

Sounds like the activate/de-activate got partially reversed, maybe? I don't work for Riot, but did it perhaps stop when you hit r right as cd ended?
