Problem locking in a champion

So I decide to do a solo ranked game since I was in my series and I just needed 1 win to promote or 1 loss to not. So I finally get into game, I'm first pick. I ban a champ. Then I go to pick my champion, I pick Draven. Try to click lock in, but the button is grayed out, for the entire duration of the timer. Since I COULDN'T lock in, it counted as me dodging and that counted as an immediate loss to the series. Meaning that I lost my promotion series because of this bug. I am more than a little peeved about that. I get punished for the client having a problem.

As a side note I also couldn't change my pick. I was stuck not being able to lock in and not being able to change champs.
