Trouble with flex queue promos.

So recently I played flex queue and got into promos, I checked out my match history and I saw 4 wins in a row and then I wanted to see if I need 1 more win to get into the next division. So here's what I found : http://imgur.com/a/8zQus http://imgur.com/a/nM6a8 As you can see on the images I have 4 wins in a row in flex but I have somehow lost a game in promos.. Please explain.

As of right now, the matches you posted are the latest matches you've played and;

In Solo/Duo Queue you're currently at Silver Division 5 w/ 48 LP.
In Flex 5v5 you're currently at Bronze Division 2 w/ 54 LP.

You're not in a promotional series of any type. The first image you posted you blocked the name out as it isn't your Summoner name.
