PBE Crash

For the past while, I have been playing PBE and everytime I get in game, it kicks me out at about 13 mintues and 20 seconds. Then I have to reconnect and then it kicks me out again at exactly 2 minutes and 41 seconds. And this has been happening since I have been playing. I just want to know if anyone else is facing this problem. It isn't a bugsplat, its like the games on a timer and it kicks me out. I submitted a ticket for this but have not been getting anything back. Please help...
