Failed promo's due to ingame lag

Hey summoners!

Last game (read: 20 mins ago) the game got bugged. Everybody started lagging and the game got a full mess. Due to that fact players on both teams experienced a very very bad League of Legends game. Besides the complaints ingame, i did lose my promo's where i was V X -. [slayer-jinx-unamused] Me and one of my teammates reported the bug. Do u guys have any advice so i could maybe get my promo game back? I tought League would cover LP lose after ingame problems?

and i'm wondering, what are your experiences with reporting a bug? Is it realy worth it to report, as in, does League really listen to and do something with ur effort to report and question to make something up?

the literal only thing riot will ever adjust your LP for is if it actually changes for no reason at all. they will never under any circumstances adjust the outcome of placements, promos, or adjust LP gains or losses. this is to prevent corruption of the system because people would exploit adjustments just like they exploit everything else.
