Malzahar ult and kled passive?
When kled dismount it disrupts malzahar's ult. Is this supposed to be this way? Seems stupid if it is. If not, it's a bug.

He will go untargetable when Skaarl runs away. It is an interesting interaction, but I'm not sure if it is stupid. No more stupid than trying to ultimate someone with a Spellshield on causing his ult to not work. It's just something you have to take into consideration.
When Kled dismounts, he essentially enters a short Zhonya 
effect.
Kled has no controll over when he dismounts, and can't run away while in Stasis.
When killing Kled, You want to CC him when Skaarl is high health, and after he dismounts.
He's a pretty new champion, it'll take some getting used to :) Think about Olaf, you can't just throw your CC on Olaf because he'll ult and ignore it
