Morgana's ultimate bug

Hi, I experienced a recurring in game bug with Morgana. Her ultimate does damage but doesn't stun, even if enemies are in range. It happened 4/4 times. Unfortunately, I don't have proofs, such as video or screenshot. Hope you can solve the issue asap. Thanks!

Did the enemy have banshee veil or did they QSS?

Btw, I've noticed a bug with her ult too. It's when I clearly get out of range of the indicator, yet still get stunned.
