Lucian ult minion damage bug

hello today i played a game with Lucian, and when i wanted to recall to base i casted my ult on the minion wave and i was surprised when it only killed 1 and damaged 75% of the 2nd minion hp. i thought i was mistaken or something so i tried it again, and and i read the damage over time on the minions which almost equaled 1000 damage only while the ult itself dealt to champs 1000 damage and the tool tip still shows the ult deals 400% damage to minions.

i didnt see the removing of the 400% damage to minions in the patch notes so could u plz check it out?.
